Job summary

Discover Tradebe is seeking a People Services Coordinator in the UK to deliver a professional HR administration service across the employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR and Payroll enquiries, supporting HR operations, employee records, onboarding, payroll administration, and wellbeing initiatives.

These responsibilities include managing onboarding/offboarding, contracts, benefits, and data compliance, while maintaining HR records and driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or People Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, benefits administration, and absence management.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, references, and other HR documentation; support payroll data accuracy.
• Provide guidance on family leave and flexible working requests.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
