Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a People Services Coordinator to deliver a professional HR administration service across the employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR and Payroll inquiries, supporting HR operations, records, onboarding, payroll, and wellbeing initiatives.

You will handle lifecycle administration, prepare contracts, assist payroll, and guide on leave and flexible working, ensuring data protection and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration, HR coordination, People Services or payroll/administrative roles.
• Interest in HR Operations and People Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, absence.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and HR documents.
• Support payroll by maintaining data and handling enquiries.
• Advise on family leave and flexible working requests.
