Merlin Entertainments - Corporate is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join the UK People Hub in Basingstoke. You will act as the first contact for employees and managers, guiding HR policy, payroll, benefits, recruitment and systems to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or HR support.
• Good understanding of HR processes, payroll and benefits.
• Passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Teams.
• Exposure to HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Proactive problem solving and attention to detail.
• Empathy, active listening and collaboration in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers across the UK.
• Answer HR queries, advise on policies and processes, support payroll and benefits.
• Assist recruitment and people systems, ensure accurate records.
• Support reporting activities and process improvements.
