About the role

To provide high quality, consistent and compliant advice, support and resolution to all tier one absence customer requests for assistance to MyHR Employee Services. Ensuring that all responses delivered are within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness, and confidence.

Administer a diverse range of operational Absence and HR Administration related tasks associated with the employee lifecycle promptly and within agreed procedures, standards and timescales.

About you

Must Have:
  1. Min 4 GCSE's with Maths and English minimum of C / 4 or equivalent
  2. Proven experience of providing administrative support within a busy office environment
  3. Experience, understanding and competent in the use of the Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word, excel and power point
  4. Accuracy/thoroughness, attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and/or omissions
  5. Clear and articulate communicator.
  6. Proactive, organised, and sound analytical/problem solving skills
  7. Flexibility in approach and thinking
  8. Ability to handle confidential information discretely, professionally and appropriately and comply with GDPR regulations
  9. Remain calm and ability to work under pressure
  10. Delivery focus and willingness to 'go the extra mile'.
  11. A willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes.
  12. Strong team working skills focusing on sharing best practice and supporting colleagues

Nice to have:
  1. Experience of providing advice on a range of HR issues
  2. Customer Service Qualification Level 2
  3. CIPD Level 3 Qualification
  4. Experience and knowledge of HR Systems
