In this role, you will be the friendly face manning the People Services Helpdesk (shared HR inbox), efficiently managing core HR administrative tasks and ensuring our HR system (IRIS Cascade) is accurate and up to date. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities will be vital in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing support throughout the entire colleague lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and managing a wide range of HR queries and processes. Your expertise will help maintain accurate people data, facilitate HR activities, and contribute to overall colleague experienc
