Inspire Education Group in Peterborough is seeking a proactive People Services Adviser to join our growing People Services team. This role focuses on employee relations, wellbeing, organisational development and delivering an outstanding employee experience.
As a trusted adviser to managers, you will provide expert advice on attendance, performance, wellbeing and change while supporting onboarding, family leave, flexible working and other employment processes across the group.
Salary: £36,438 per annum (Scale Point 31)
Location: Peterborough (1 day a week WFH), with travel across Inspire Education Group sites
Hours: 37 hours per week, full year
Contract: Permanent

You'll work closely with managers to build capability, resolve issues early, promote positive employee relations and support the delivery of key People Plan priorities.

Experience within Further Education, education or another large multi-stakeholder environment would be advantageous.
