Job summary

Inspire Education Group in Peterborough is seeking a proactive People Services Adviser to join our growing People Services team. This role focuses on employee relations, wellbeing, organisational development and delivering an outstanding employee experience.

As a trusted adviser to managers, you will provide expert advice on attendance, performance, wellbeing and change while supporting onboarding, family leave, flexible working and other employment processes across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing People Services advice in a complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and understanding of UK employment law.
• Experience coaching and supporting managers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer service.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional employee relations advice and practical support across a broad range of people matters.
• Work with managers to build capability, resolve issues early and promote positive relations.
• Contribute to wellbeing, engagement, recognition and staff experience initiatives.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Support organisational change, policy development and People Services projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with managers, colleagues and trade unions.
