Inspire Education Group is seeking an experienced People Services Adviser to support managers and colleagues across the group. You will provide professional employee relations advice and help with attendance, wellbeing, conduct and performance processes to build high-performing teams.
You will drive the People Plan, support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, and work with a wide range of HR activity while fostering positive employee relations across the organisation.

In this busy and exciting role, you will provide professional employee relations advice, guidance and operational support across Inspire Education Group, helping leaders and managers build engaged, high-performing teams. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support attendance, wellbeing, performance, conduct and capability matters, ensuring a consistent and people-focused approach.
You will play an important role in delivering the People Plan, supporting initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, inclusion and retention. Working across a wide range of people management activities, you will help managers navigate complex situations while promoting best practice and positive employee relations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, using data and insight to drive improvements, and making a meaningful contribution to the employee experience across a large and diverse organisation.
You will be an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations knowledge and a passion for delivering a high-quality People Services experience. You will be confident advising and coaching managers, handling sensitive issues with professionalism and building effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of UK employment legislation, experience of interpreting workforce data and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) and excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
