Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced HR role.
• Experience advising on sickness absence, performance management, grievance and misconduct.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership across multiple contact channels and ensure a high-quality advisory service.
• Coach and develop a team of People Manager Advisors.
• Ensure policy updates are communicated and advice remains compliant.
• Provide real-time guidance on complex employee relations queries.
• Act as escalation point for complex cases and escalate to specialists when needed.
• Manage workloads and allocate resources to meet service levels.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve manager support experience.
• Oversee triage and routing of cases for best outcomes.
