Job summary

Taurus Healthcare Limited is seeking a People Coordinator to join the People & OD team in Hereford. The role combines HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee engagement and systems support to deliver an excellent employee and candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and reports, act as a first point of contact for HR queries, and help improve processes. The position is full-time, based onsite at Nelson House, Hereford.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in HR administration and recruitment coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and recruitment support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems; prepare contracts and documentation.
• Generate workforce reports and support compliance activities.
