Golding Homes is looking for a People and Payroll Coordinator in Maidstone to manage payroll, pensions and data within a busy People Team. You will ensure accurate records, generate useful reports and support managers with HR systems.

The role requires strong organisation, the ability to juggle priorities and a proactive approach to process improvements. A hybrid working pattern and a 37-hour week are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of payroll coordination.
• Experience maintaining accurate data and records.
• Experience using HR systems and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key People Team processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage monthly payroll process with Finance and payroll provider.
• Administer pensions, benefits and rewards and related communications.
• Handle People Team inbox and support managers and colleagues.
