Job summary

HR Connect, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), is hiring an HR & Payroll Helpdesk Assistant in Kings Hill on a 30-hour part-time basis. You’ll deliver first-line support across HR and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to queries and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with prompt, empathetic responses.
• Good understanding of HR/payroll processes and employment legislation.

• Confident IT user with experience in MS Office.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR and payroll support via phone, email and live chat in line with agreed SLAs.
• Ensure employees receive the correct documentation and are paid accurately and on time.
• Retrieve data and provide advice or solutions to resolve queries efficiently.
• Accurately update and maintain HR and payroll data across systems and personnel files.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
