Job summary

Cyfannol is seeking a People Partner to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of People Services across Gwent. The role requires complex employee relations management, safeguarding, and trauma-informed HR practices across multiple sites with regular on-site work.

You will drive policy-compliant and high-quality HR support, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to shaping the organisation’s People Strategy while promoting a safe, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead the delivery of People Services with high quality, values-led HR service.
• Employee Relations & Case Management: Oversee complex casework, safeguarding-related concerns and risk.
• Workforce & Management Capability: Build consistent, trauma-informed management capability.
• Data, Insight and Workforce Strategy: Analyze data to inform planning and risk reduction.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure employment law compliance and update policies.
• Strategic Contribution: Translate People Strategy into operational delivery and decisions.
• Collaboration and Service Delivery: Work with senior leaders to ensure consistent HR service across locations.
