Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a People Partner to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage Employee Relations cases from investigation through to appeal while coaching managers and delivering people-focused projects.

This role suits someone who can quickly build relationships and make an immediate impact. This is a busy generalist position with cross-site collaboration, focusing on manager credibility, policy development, and change management in a values-led

• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Confident managing cases independently.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and ACAS guidance.

Job Offer

• 4 days a week onsite between 2 sites with 1 day per week from home
