Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a People Partner to join a compassionate, values-led organisation during a busy period of change and growth. You will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and manage Employee Relations cases from investigation through to appeal while coaching managers.

This is a varied generalist role; you will review policies, support recruitment and onboarding, deliver manager training, and help drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives—aiming to make a positive

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Confident managing cases independently.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and ACAS guidance.
• Able to hit the ground running from day one.
• Open sector background.
• Passionate about supporting managers and creating positive employee experiences.

• Day rate - up to £200 (Salary equivalent to £44,000)
