Job summary

Michael Page HR is seeking a People Partner to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle within a values-led organisation during a busy period of change. You will manage Employee Relations cases from investigation through to appeal and coach managers to navigate complex people issues.

This varied generalist role requires credibility with managers and stakeholders, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to hit the ground running from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Confident managing cases independently.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and ACAS guidance.
• Able to hit the ground running from day one.
• Open sector background.
• Passionate about supporting managers and creating positive employee experiences.
