Job summary

ODI Global is seeking a People Partner: Operations to lead practical delivery of People services. You will advise managers, manage employee relations, and guide organisational change while driving a positive employee experience.

With a new strategy and digital transformation, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, policy delivery, and workforce planning. A CIPD Level 7 qualification is preferred and collaboration with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent and significant HR partnering experience.
• Experience in unionised environments and UK employment law.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases.
• Experience supervising HR professionals.
• Ability to balance strategic and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day operational People services across ODI Global.
• Provide guidance on employment policies and legal compliance.
• Lead employee relations case management and advise on disciplinary matters.
• Support organisational change, consultation and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, including visa processes.
• Coach the People Advisor and supervise the team.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting for board needs.
