Job summary

Career Moves Group is partnering with a forward-thinking business to appoint a hands-on Human Resources People Partner. You will work closely with the Head of People and the HR team to drive change initiatives with fairness, pace and a human touch.

You will support organisational change, run collective consultations and redundancy processes, coach managers through transitions, and ensure smooth delivery from day one in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven HRBP experience in change, restructuring and employee relations.
• Hands-on experience of collective consultation and redundancy programmes.
• Able to plug in and deliver from day one with minimal ramp-up.
• Positive, energetic approach and a proactive personality.
• Strong stakeholder skills in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver organisational change activity within the HR Team.
• Run collective consultations and redundancy processes from start to finish.
• Advise and coach managers through change with confidence and empathy.
• Manage the practical, operational side of change (doer, not strategy-only).
• Collaborate with Head of People and wider HR team to keep delivery on track.
