Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a People Partner to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage Employee Relations cases from investigation through to appeal while coaching managers and delivering people-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Confident managing cases independently.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and ACAS guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Relations cases from investigation to hearing and appeal.
• Provide practical HR advice and coaching to managers.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases.
• Review and develop people policies and procedures.
• Deliver manager training and guidance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and wider HR projects.
• Help drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
