• Experience in business partnering and significant change management.
• Ability to advise Senior Managers on HR strategies.
• Proven track record leading advisory teams and complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to Senior Managers and leadership teams.
• Provide strategic and operational HR direction to designated areas.
• Lead and supervise advisers and oversee assignment of case work.
• Ensure staff relation issues are resolved with risk management in mind.
• Guide staffs on consultations with staff, unions and stakeholders.
