Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an ER Partner to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports UK and European employee relations, with UK remote work and 1–2 days per month in the Manchester office.

Responsibilities include advising managers on policies, handling ER cases, and driving continuous improvements using Workday data. The ideal candidate has strong UK employment law knowledge and CIPD qualifications.

Qualifications

• ER advisor with proven track record in complex employee relations
• Ability to educate managers on procedures and employment law
• CIPD level 3 is desirable, level 5 preferable

Responsibilities

• Provide strong generalist support to colleagues and managers across UK and Europe (excl. NL)
• Advise on policies and guide managers on employee relations; escalate complex cases
• Stay up to date on UK employment law and European considerations
• Contribute to process improvements and self-serve initiatives
• Handle data and reporting requirements, using Workday for extracts
