Job summary

ITV is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with leaders to drive high-performance culture, design organisations, manage employee relations, and leverage data to influence decisions.

The role requires strong UK employment law knowledge, experience with Centres of Excellence, and the ability to navigate a complex matrix. Some UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience delivering HR in a fast-paced, complex matrix.
• Proven HR partnering with leaders to diagnose challenges and identify strategic opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders and managers, driving a high-performance culture.
• Deliver and support Organisational Design (OD), restructures, and people interventions.
• Guide line managers through ER matters, including sickness, health referrals, performance, and probation.
• Oversee policy compliance and risk, embedding legal requirements and internal policies.
• Take accountability for People data and analytics, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of D&I strategies to foster an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to improve HR services, tools, and processes.
