A growing local business in Uxbridge is seeking a People Partner to lead recruitment and support various HR initiatives. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career development within a supportive team environment.
People Partner
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus

As the People Partner, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager to lead recruitment activities and support a wide range of HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and facilitate the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to onboarding.
• Create engaging job adverts and post across job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
• Screen candidates, shortlist applications, and conduct initial interviews via telephone or Teams.
• Ensure right-to-work checks and compliance documentation are accurately completed.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials for new hires.
• Coordinate internal training and development activities.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate details on absences, starters, leavers, and other variables.
• Handle HMRC correspondence and documentation, including P11D submissions.
• Participate in Health & Safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding and coordinating training programmes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
• Organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
