Langley Trust is seeking a People Business Partner to deliver an effective HR service across various sites in Northern England. This home-based role involves strategic HR support, enhancing employee engagement, and upholding the Trust's Christian ethos. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams and ensure compliance with HR practices while fostering a positive work culture.
Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and results-driven People Business Partner with the ability to work closely with various sites in the North of England and stakeholders across the business to provide an efficient and effective People Service.
The role is a permanent contract working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £39,686 per annum. This role is home-based and will require travel to Coventry for team meetings at least once a fortnight and to other Langley locations, particularly in the North of England.
No one day will be the same, so the ability to refocus frequently is important.
The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a full part in furthering the organisational aims and providing strong Christian leadership to allow Langley to be a leader within the sectors in which it operates. The postholder will uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ-like culture; therefore, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.
