Strava, Inc. is recruiting for a fixed-term 12‑month role in London to support People Ops administration and Workplace coordination. You will handle onboarding, data updates, and compliance documents while partnering on logistics for the new London office.

You’ll be a primary contact for London-based employees on daily workplace needs. The role follows a flexible hybrid model with more than half time on-site in London, three days per week, contributing to a fast-growing, international People

Competenze

• Experience in HR/People Ops at a technology company or startup.
• Experience contributing to workplace or in-office initiatives.
• Attention to detail and strong administrative/compliance focus.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day People Ops administration (onboarding, data updates, compliance documents).
• Coordinate logistics for the London office, vendor coordination and scheduling.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for London-based employees on workplace needs.
