Go Fractional is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in London for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will support the Global People Operations Manager and collaborate with regional teams across continents to streamline processes and maintain high-quality data.

Qualifications

• Some experience in HR, or in an admin or coordinator role.
• A mindset focused on learning, curiosity, and growth.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in doing things properly.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
• Clear, thoughtful communication, both written and visual.
• Organised and proactive; you’re happy to take initiative and ask questions.
• Comfortable with, or the confidence to explore with tools like AI, BambooHR, Excel, Box and Workable.
• Collaborative approach; you’re thoughtful, fast and kind.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global People Operations Manager with end-to-end employee lifecycle coordination from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Help coordinate monthly payroll collation with regional People teams, ensuring accuracy.
• Liaise with regional People teams to trigger lifecycle actions in BambooHR.
• Maintain and update employee data in BambooHR with high accuracy.
• Keep right to work, visa and reference documentation stored and tracked centrally.
• Conduct documentation audits and help track compliance (e.g. probation dates, visas, maternity returns).
• Support the pay review process with data preparation, checks and reporting.
• Help keep salary benchmarking tools and People dashboards up to date.
• Run and prepare regular reports and data with Global People Operations Manager.
• Improve workflows and templates, finding simpler and more efficient ways of working.
• Explore how AI can improve People processes and ways of working.
• Take initiative to spot gaps and suggest better ways of working, including where AI or automation could help.
• Look ahead, anticipate needs and act on it, fixing processes or testing new tools.
