Rightmove Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator on a 12 month maternity leave contract to support the People team across the employee lifecycle. You will help ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

This role operates on a hybrid model with 2 office days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from Milton Keynes, delivering onboarding support, benefits coordination, and policy guidance to staff and managers.

Formación

• Experience in a HR administrative role or exposure to HR through training.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operations of the People team.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries, directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Support onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
• Manage employee benefits and liaise with providers to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide guidance on policies, processes, and systems.
• Contribute to the delivery of people projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate data across all systems, preparing and updating reports and documentation as needed.
