Publicis Groupe UK is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Talent team. This operations-focused role supports onboarding, lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits, and employee data accuracy to help our people thrive.

Mansioni

• Being a go-to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff)
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle - onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave
• Keeping employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers)
• Supporting employee relations meetings (including note‑taking and follow‑ups)
• Working closely with Payroll & Benefits to make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time
• Coordinating probation and performance review processes end‑to‑end
• Tracking holiday and absence data and flagging anything that needs attention
• Processing invoices and POs when required
• Helping improve how we do things - spotting what could work better and actually helping change it
• Supporting wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe
