Publicis Groupe is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Talent team in the UK. This operations-focused role supports the processes, programmes and the employee experience that help our people thrive.

While this isn’t recruitment, you’ll work across the employee lifecycle, with exposure to onboarding, offboarding, leave, data privacy, and HR systems. You’ll be organized, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

Aufgaben

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and leave types.
• Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant employee data.
• Assist employee relations meetings (note-taking & follow-ups).
• Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits to ensure correct and timely pay.
• Coordinate probation and performance review processes.
• Track holidays and absences; flag issues.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Help improve processes and drive changes.
• Support broader Talent and culture projects.
