Job summary

Publicis Groupe UK is seeking a Senior Talent Project and Data Partner to shape how Talent and HR support people and the business. You will lead data strategy, governance and automation to create scalable, user-friendly experiences for employees and managers.

You will partner with agencies and Talent teams to deliver consistent, efficient processes, turning complex data into clear insights and practical improvements across the organisation.

• Experience in People or HR Operations, HR transformation or operational change.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, governance and scalable processes.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK Talent Operations data strategy and governance.
• Turn people data into insights to inform decisions across Talent, Finance and senior leadership.
• Lead automation of Talent and HR processes to reduce manual work.
• Translate business needs into self-service, systems and AI-enabled solutions.

Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Talent Project and Data Partner to help shape how Talent, (including HR), supports people and the business across Publicis Groupe UK. This is an opportunity to lead our approach to people data, automation and operational change, turning insight into practical improvements that make work simpler and more effective. You will partner with colleagues across our agencies and Talent teams to create consistent, scalable and user-friendly experiences for employees, people managers and leaders. What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the UK Talent Operations data strategy, setting clear priorities for governance, reporting, data quality and continuous improvement.
• Turn people data into useful insights that support informed decisions across Talent, Finance, Business Operations and senior leadership.
• Lead opportunities to simplify and automate Talent and HR processes, reducing manual work and improving the experience for colleagues and managers.
• Translate business needs into practical self-service, systems and AI-enabled solutions that are clear, useful and sustainable.
• Guide operational change from discovery through to implementation and adoption, engaging stakeholders and managing risks along the way.
• Build trusted relationships across Talent and the wider agency network to understand requirements and deliver more consistent ways of working.
• Lead and support the Talent Operations data team, providing direction, developing capability and encouraging high-quality delivery.

Skills We're Looking For:

• Experience in People or HR Operations, HR transformation, people data, automation, continuous improvement or operational change.
• Confidence working with people data and translating information into insights, actions and better business decisions.
• A good understanding of HR systems, data governance, change management and scalable operational processes.
• The ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to evolving work, including situations where the route forward is not yet fully defined.
• A collaborative approach to building relationships and involving stakeholders in the design and delivery of change.
• An interest in using automation and AI responsibly to simplify work and create effective self-service experiences.
• People leadership skills, with the ability to set clear expectations, support development and create an inclusive team environment.
