Job summary

Monzo is seeking a People Operations Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK, with options for Cardiff, London or fully remote work. The role centers on maintaining accurate people data, supporting HRIS design and migrations, and ensuring smooth payroll and benefits administration for Monzo employees across the business.

You will contribute to the onboarding-to-offboarding lifecycle, audits, and process improvements, while collaborating with People Partners, Reward and Hiring

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HRIS design or migrations.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and compliance across payroll and people data.
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of people policies, procedures and workflow automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering changes in People systems and benefits administration.
• Support payroll processing and respond to pay queries.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and references.
• Implement and document HRIS-driven processes and workflows.
• Provide timely, accurate information to employees and managers.
