Job summary

Monzo is seeking a People/Rewards specialist to support a scalable and equitable benefits function. You will administer benefits, manage renewals, and design new programmes in line with strategic goals. The role interfaces with an external broker, procurement, risk, payroll and people operations.

• Experience ensuring benefits programmes meet legislative requirements.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage day-to-day benefits and leave policies.
• Oversee end-to-end renewal processes for benefits.
• Establish and implement new benefits programmes.
• Ensure benefit programmes are compliant with legislation and align with strategy.
• Liaise with benefits broker and vendors to ensure quality service.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Third Party Risk, Payroll, and People Operations.
• Respond to benefits queries and escalations; support employees.
• Analyze benefits data and communicate insights.
• Educate and engage Monzonauts on benefits topics.
