Job summary

Monzo is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to own hiring across our tech teams. You’ll build pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and applications, shaping a fast, fair candidate experience from first conversation to offer.

You'll partner with hiring managers to structure processes, use data to drive improvements, and push for inclusive hiring across the UK while delivering a smooth, engaging candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused tech companies.
• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent sourcing skills and resourcefulness.
• Empathetic, adaptable and respectful of candidates' needs.
• Able to work with stakeholders with different needs.
• Curious about new technologies.
• Able to assess candidates based on skills rather than titles.
• Experience in-house at a startup or scale-up.
• Experience recruiting for engineering OR design roles.
