Job summary

Tem-Energy is hiring a People Operations Partner to own payroll end to end across the UK and international employees. You will build automations and AI-enabled workflows, maintain data integrity, and act as a trusted contact for employees and managers as the company scales.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Legal and Talent, while evolving our People tech stack and delivering scalable services across onboarding, mobility and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, People Services, HR Operations or similar operational role with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• End-to-end payroll experience, ideally multi-country, in-house or via employer of record.
• Ability to build automations and AI-enabled workflows connecting systems.
• Comfort with data-driven problem solving and workflow simplification.
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive cross-disciplinary work.

Responsibilities

• Run payroll end to end across UK and employer-of-record employees, handling changes, corrections, off-cycle and contractor payments.
• Deliver core People operations across onboarding, changes, contracts, documentation, leave and mobility.
• Own employee and manager queries to resolution with a standard response.
• Maintain accuracy of employee data and documentation across systems.
• Build and maintain automations and AI-enabled tools connecting key platforms and ensuring accuracy.
• Evolve the People tech stack and consolidate tools where possible.
• Turn recurring pain points into better processes, with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent and Performance to scale services and build dashboards.
