Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing organisation in London to appoint a People Operations & Benefits Manager. You will lead HR operations, benefits, payroll, systems and governance, focusing on operational excellence and a seamless employee experience.

This high-visibility role requires strong controls and regulatory knowledge with vendor management across multiple territories, in a hybrid London setting and with a competitive package including bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and benefits.
• Experience leading HR teams across geographies.
• Experience with offshore or outsourced delivery models.
• HRIS experience, Oracle HR or equivalent enterprise platform.
• Ideally experience overseeing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOX controls, audit and risk requirements.
• Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, benefits, payroll, systems and governance across geographies.
• Drive improvements across HR processes, systems and employee experience.
• Own Oracle HR administration, data integrity, system enhancements and reporting.
• Ensure GDPR, SOX controls, audit requirements and governance compliance.
• Manage outsourced providers, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and business continuity.
• Lead benefits renewals, benchmarking, vendor relationships and flexible benefits enrollment.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple territories.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
