Job summary

Oliver’s Travels is seeking a hands-on People Operations Lead to own the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. You will be the go-to for queries, ensure timely processes, and continuously improve systems and automation within the People function.

You’ll report to the Head of Operations & People and drive practical, compliant, and efficient People practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR/People generalist with knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience owning end-to-end People processes across the lifecycle.
• Strong HR systems experience and ability to leverage automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the People function across the employee lifecycle.
• Be first point of contact for People queries from employees and managers.
• Manage payroll inputs, contracts, onboarding, probations, changes and offboarding.
• Oversee performance & development cycles and learning initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS (Humaans) and ATS (Teamtailor) data accuracy and reporting.
