Job summary

QA Limited is seeking a People Operations Lead to guide a small team and optimise the employee experience across the lifecycle. You will partner with managers, drive policy guidance, and champion automation and system enhancements to deliver efficient, high-quality services.

This role emphasizes leadership, operational management, and project delivery, offering opportunities to shape People Operations and implement change across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a People Operations/HR Operations or generalist HR environment.
• Experience leading, coaching or managing a team including performance management and development.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Proven experience driving process improvements and service enhancements.
• Experience with HR systems and technology; Zellis desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and credibility across levels.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable; practical leadership experience valued more.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of People Operations professionals delivering high-quality service.
• Oversee delivery of People Ops services across the employee lifecycle with prioritisation and SLAs.
• Advise managers on People policies, absence management and flexible working, escalate ER as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify and standardise processes.
• Support automation initiatives using Power Automate and other tech.
• Lead and contribute to cross-country People projects and tech adoption.
• Build relationships using data to improve performance and decisions.
