Abound is expanding its People Ops team and seeks an HR Generalist to own onboarding, contracts, and HRIS governance across multiple countries. You will collaborate with Finance on payroll, manage benefits, and handle employee queries while maintaining data accuracy.

The role requires 2–4 years in People Ops, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and experience with an HRIS platform. A fast-growing fintech with hybrid work and growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in People Ops or HR Ops
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience with HRIS and multi-country teams

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding and offboarding across countries
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and background screening
• Maintain HiBob HRIS data and build automation for workflows
• Coordinate payroll-related administration with Finance and resolve employee queries
• Manage benefits enrolment and changes; respond to employee questions
