Westfield Health is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our hybrid team in Sheffield. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, oversee onboarding, payroll changes and employee benefits, and help shape efficient people processes across the UK and Europe.

The role requires strong organisation, payroll familiarity and solid experience with HR systems. CIPD Level 3 is desirable, and fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable.
• Experience as an HR Administrator or People Operations Assistant.
• Hands-on payroll experience and end-to-end understanding of payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Fluent English; international/EMEA HR experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UK, Dutch, German or Belgian employment law is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the Group.
• Maintain UK absence records and monitor triggers.
• Run lifecycle admin from onboarding to changes and leavers.
• Process contracts, letters and confirmations of change.
• Handle benefits enrolments, changes and leavers.
• Keep documents accurate, on time and compliant.
• Prepare and process payroll inputs with external vendors.
• Keep HR and payroll records accurate and confidential.
• Produce regular HR reports and metrics.
• Test and roll out new HR systems and contribute to projects.
