Job summary

Croud is seeking a People Operations & Payroll Coordinator in Shrewsbury, UK. This hybrid role combines HR administration, payroll processing, and benefits input across UK, US and Dubai regions, ensuring accurate data and timely support throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will work with the Head of Compensation and Benefits and partner with the People Partners to deliver compliant, efficient processes, maintain records, and respond to routine queries from employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, payroll administration or People Ops.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with UK GDPR.
• Strong in onboarding, offboarding and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR enquiries via ticketing desk and route complex issues.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle, onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and contracts.
• Coordinate payroll changes and benefits inputs across regions.
• Assist with background checks and compliance activities.
