Job summary

ZIGUP plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, colleague administration, and day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle.

You will handle HR queries, maintain HR systems, assist with Right to Work checks, and collaborate with Payroll and Recruitment to keep processes moving. A benefits-rich role with 24 days leave, pension, life assurance, and a dedicated People Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Human Resources, People Operations or HR Administration or similar employee-supporting environment.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail; confident using HR systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR queries via calls, inboxes and ticketing system; prepare contracts and colleague documentation.
• Support onboarding, Right to Work checks and maintain HR systems and colleague records.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, Colleague Relations and the wider HR team to keep processes moving smoothly.
• Support managers with everyday HR processes and contribute to improving systems and automation across People Operations.
