Job summary

ZIGUP is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support colleagues and guide managers in HR processes across onboarding, contracts, administration, and compliance.

You will manage HR queries, maintain records, support onboarding and Right to Work checks, and work with Payroll, Recruitment and Colleague Relations to keep processes moving smoothly. This role also helps improve systems and automation within People Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People Operations or HR administration.
• Organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence with HR systems and data handling.

Join ZIGUP’s People Operations team supporting colleagues and guiding managers to keep essential people processes moving and help the business run smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll support a broad range of HR and People Operations activity across onboarding, colleague administration, colleague changes, compliance and day-to-day colleague support.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll manage HR queries through calls, inboxes and our ticketing system, prepare contracts and colleague documentation, support onboarding and Right to Work checks, maintain HR systems and colleague records, and work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Colleague Relations and the wider HR team to keep processes moving efficiently.

You’ll also help support managers with everyday HR processes and contribute to improving the way we systems, technology and automation across People Operations.

Salary - £28,700 per annum

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone with previous experience in HR, Human Resources, People Operations, HR Administration or a similar employee-supporting environment. You may be working as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, People Coordinator or in another operational HR role and be looking for your next development opportunity.

You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and confidence using HR systems and technology will be key to your success in this role.

You'll likely be someone who:

• Has experience working within an HR, People Operations or employee support function
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Is brilliant with systems and technology, with an interest in AI and automation
• Is comfortable working with HR data, reporting and maintaining accurate records
• Likes improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
• Communicates confidently and professionally with colleagues and managers at all levels
• Exposure to a broad range of HR activity across the full colleague lifecycle
