Rightmove is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to support the People team during a 12-month maternity leave contract in Milton Keynes. This role focuses on delivering a smooth, inclusive employee experience across the lifecycle and ensuring efficient HR processes.

Hybrid work with 2 days in the Milton Keynes office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). You will handle employee queries, onboarding, lifecycle administration, benefits, and data reporting, partnering with the People Business

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a HR administrative role or exposure to HR through training is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to undertake basic analysis and support in the creation of documents and presentations.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive & adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the day-to-day operations of the People team.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Support onboarding, contract changes, and leavers in the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee benefits and liaise with providers.
• Provide guidance on policies, processes, and systems to employees and managers.
• Contribute to delivery of people projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate data across systems, prepare and update reports and documentation.
