The Role
This is a multi-faceted, non-sales position built around three key areas:
You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and performance, supporting consultants, managing our candidate journey, and helping to shape internal operations. You’ll have the autonomy to identify improvements, test ideas, and implement new ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone from a recruitment delivery or operations background looking to step into a more strategic and impactful role.
