The Role

As a Commercial Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in improving the operations and efficiency of the Commercial Team through deal approval, maintaining data quality, and building reports and dashboards on Salesforce to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain clean, accurate data within our Salesforce CRM, support the team with data quality and integrity, and train new starters on CRM processes.
  • Lead deal approval processes, ensuring each Salesforce opportunity is correctly filled out with all necessary information, and help automate our contract and invoice processes.
  • Build and analyze sales reports to spot trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain training and process documentation for the Commercial team.
  • Support sales teams and stakeholders as they start to use the new version of Salesforce—identifying, escalating, and working to resolve any issues, and answering data or UI questions.
  • Assist in developing and rolling out sales tools and platforms to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
  • A university degree is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience working with sales teams in a fast-paced, global environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, escalate issues, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills to work closely with the Commercial teams and other departments.
