Job summary

Expenti is seeking a UK-based People Operations lead in London to own payroll, benefits and policy across the employee lifecycle. You will report into the Head of People & Workplace and collaborate with Finance and the external provider to ensure payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered on time while upholding tax and employment-law standards.

You’ll also support the London Workplace team, help shape HR policies, manage the HiBob HRIS data and reporting, and contribute to engagement,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK payroll and employment law.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes across onboarding to offboarding.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly UK payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain UK employment policy, handbook and compliance.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support policy creation, HR reporting and data integrity in HiBob.
• Provide UK People team support and guidance to employees.
