Clinical Partners, a leading UK provider of mental health and neurodevelopmental services, is seeking an experienced Head of People Operations to lead the operational delivery of the People function as we grow.

You will oversee employee lifecycle, payroll governance, HR systems, data reporting and employee relations, build a high-performing team, drive process improvements, governance, and partner with Finance to ensure compliant, efficient service and an outstanding colleague experience.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading a People Operations/HR Operations/Shared Services function within a complex organisation.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing operational teams.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, payroll governance and workforce data management.
• Experience implementing and improving processes, controls and service delivery frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead the People Operations function, delivering employee lifecycle processes, payroll governance, HR administration and people services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, frameworks and service standards.
• Coach and develop the People Operations team with a culture of accountability and customer service.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, records management and offboarding for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide governance of employee relations administration and case management.
