Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and benefits.
• Experience leading HR teams across geographies.
• Experience with offshore or outsourced delivery models.
• HRIS experience, Oracle HR or equivalent enterprise platform.
• Ideally experience overseeing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOX controls, audit and risk requirements.
• Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement skills.

Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a People Operations & Benefits Manager into a pivotal role within its People function.

You will lead HR operations, benefits, payroll, systems and governance. This visible role will focus on operational excellence, strong controls and a seamless employee experience.

About the role

• Collaborating with the People Operations team, managing priorities, performance and service delivery across all geographies.
• Drive improvements across HR processes, systems and the employee experience.
• Own Oracle HR administration, data integrity, system enhancements and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX controls, audit requirements and wider People governance.
• Manage outsourced providers, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and business continuity activity.
• Lead benefits, renewals, benchmarking, vendor relationships and flexible benefits enrolment.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple territories.

About you

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations and Benefits professional who combines strong operational expertise with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. You will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in a complex, regulated environment.

You will ideally bring

• Significant People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services or People Services experience.
• Experience leading HR teams, including offshore or outsourced delivery models.
• Strong benefits administration, renewals, governance and vendor management expertise.
• HRIS experience, ideally Oracle HR or a comparable enterprise platform.
• Ideally exposure overseeing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOX controls, audit and risk requirements.
• Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.
