Job summary

Radiant is building AI-native infrastructure and seeking a People Operations Specialist to automate and streamline the employee lifecycle. You will own the data and systems behind the People Ops stack (HiBob, Ashby, Notion) and push for faster, lighter-touch processes while maintaining compliance across UK/US regions.

We expect a hands-on, scalable mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-growth environments and a strong bias for practical automation that reduces manual work week by week.

Qualifications

• Experience building people systems in scaling companies.
• Hands-on approach to building from scratch rather than inheriting a function.
• Comfort with async work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run the employee lifecycle end to end and automate, as a core metric of efficiency and scalability.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.
• Coordinate payroll changes with providers and ensure regulatory compliance across UK and US regions.
• Keep policies and the employee handbook up to date and compliant with UK/US changes.
