Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking a People Operations Advisor to join our Birmingham team on a hybrid basis, with three days on-site in the city centre. You will deliver proactive HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and work with HR Business Partners to support a first-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a HR Advisory, HR generalist or People Operations role.
• Significant experience providing advice, guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high-quality People advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team and wider People function to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and related lifecycle activities for employees.
• Coordinate DSARs with Governance & Compliance and maintain regular communication.
